I had a flat tire, and took my vehicle to this shop - based on positive reviews read online. Spoke with Paul by phone & at the office - excellent customer service! They did a complete inspection of my vehicle, which I had not expected - and sent me a link to a complete report detailing various issues that needed repair or replacement - one of those items being that my tire was not repairable, and needed replacement with a new tire. I have a friend who's great with working on cars, and he handles most of the services on my vehicle, so I declined to have any of the other services done by the folks at Ace Automotive. But obviously, the tire issue needs to be dealt with. I had originally purchased my tires at Les Schwab, who were not able to service my car on the day I called, which is why I took the vehicle to Ace Automative. However, when it was determined that the tire was not repairable, I decided to take the car back to Les Schwab for service the next day. The folks at Ace Automotive were understanding about my decision to go elsewhere for the service to be completed - and they didn't charge me anything for their time spent evaluating my vehicle. Again, top marks for excellent customer service!! I would definitely recommend this shop, and would consider using them again myself for other services needed in the future.

Purchased four Michelin LTX MS tires, I requested that I wanted tires that were manufactured recently , not tires that have been sitting in a ware house for ten years. They applied with my request and I have tires that were made 2018. Price was right very efficient definitely will go back and use this company again, thanks to all that worked on my tires.

These are good guys. Serviced tires quickly and reasonable. Very helpful and courteous. Definitely recommend.

Ace Auto Repair and Tire is my go-to neighborhood auto repair shop. The shop and waiting room areas are nice and clean with free Wifi. Their friendly customer service, honest recommendations and fair prices keep me a loyal customer. Thanks Ace Auto!

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the cleanliness of the office area😀 I was immediately greeted with a enthusiastic, professional, and friendly attitude. Elijah was great he explained everything thoroughly. I felt comfortable leaving my brand new Toyota Tundra in his hands. I'm not sure what the master mechanics name was but he was awesome When I picked up my vehicle Elijah went over all of the items that they checked my fluids my brake lights tire pressure definitely recommend going to the shop help support keep them in the neighborhood Just scheduled my oil change with them for my 2017 Ford van
